This is for our Monthly Mama Club Subscription. Upon sign-up, your first charge will be processed and followed by the arrival of your first package within the same month. Subsequently, your credit card will be charged on the first day of the following month. For instance, if you sign up on February 10th, you will be charged on the same day and receive your first box in February. Thereafter, your card will be automatically charged on the first day of each month.

The chosen Quantity does not determine the duration of the subscription. The subscription is set to automatically renew each month. To receive one Mama Club Subscription per month, simply select a Quantity of 1. Currently, we are unable to charge for multiple months at a time.

There are no refunds or exchanges for Mama Club Subscriptions due to their personalized nature. The product images serve as a representation of the various items that may be included in your subscription.

If you would like to CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION or CHANGE YOUR PERSONALIZATION, NUMBER OF KIDS or ADDRESS you MUST make this change and have it confirmed by us 5 days prior to the 1st.

Subscriptions ship by the 18th of the Month. If ordered after the 18th, your items will ship within 5 bus. days.

Shipping

**Standard Shipping are not guaranteed shipping timeframes. If you want a guaranteed delivery date, please upgrade to Expedited at checkout.

We ship our items in 2-4 Business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. (This excludes Subscriptions as they have special shipping timeframes on their description page)

We never include receipts with our items as most of them are gifts. If you want a receipt, please contact us.

If you do not include the right info or personalization, if applicable, when checking out, it will delay shipment times.

We are closed all UPSPS holidays.

If you are wishing to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it to cancel it. Does not apply to Subscription Boxes, Deals, Grab Bags or Sale Items which are all FINAL SALES.
You can always upgrade your shipping at checkout. Free/Standard shipping is not guaranteed delivery times. Expedited shipping is guaranteed. Once your Expedited order is mailed, you can track it through your account or confirmation email.
All personalized items are final sales.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Your first charge will be on the day you sign up and you will receive your first subscription for the month that you sign up in. You will then be charged on the first of the next month. For example, if you sign up on February 10th you will be charged on February 10th. You will receive your first box for February. You will then be charged again on March 1st. Your credit card will then automatically be charged on the 1st of EVERY MONTH.

The Quantity does not change the amount of months you sign up for. It is recurring. If you would like 1 Subscription every month please just choose Quantity 1. At this time, we are not able to charge for multiple months up front. All Subscriptions are Final Sale as They Are Personalized. Images show a sampling of possible products you may receive in your Subscription.

If you would like to CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION or CHANGE YOUR PERSONALIZATION, ADDRESS you MUST make this change and have it confirmed by us 5 days prior to the 1st. If you wish to associate your purchase history and account with your subscription, you must be logged in before completing your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Subscriptions ship by the 18th of the Month. If ordered after the 18th, your items will ship within 5 bus. days. If ordered after the first batch ships, your subscription will ship on the following Friday.
